The final level from the 2002 motor-scoot game Whirl Tour! Up on the top of the
world, you face off against Dr. Skeezicks to rescue your kidnapped friends from
the band Flipside. This park is small, but it's got lines for days and a
long-ass dragon to ride on for massive scores. You can't win big if you don't
bet big...

## ABOUT

This level features gaps, CTF flags, KOTH crown spawn points, taggable pieces for
Graffiti, and classic goals for Goal Attack! There are a lot of boost rails in
this map since in Whirl Tour, you can grind up rails with ease. Not every
slanted rail is boosted, though.

I originally ported this level to THUG Pro back in March 8, 2024. And now here
it is again... as a reTHAWed level! reMAP was not used to convert this map.
I imported the original project file made for 2.79b into modern Blender and
readjusted everything to be compatible with NX Tools. This process took about a
month for me to do.

It has always been a dream to get levels from Whirl Tour into a THPS game ever
since I was little. Whirl Tour was one of the first games I have ever played
on GameCube. It was not until a few years ago that I finally tried giving it a
shot. This was not easy, since no matter what ripping method I used, the level
would always turn out either skewed or in pieces. It was only a few months ago
that I finally got my hands on a good NinjaRipper importer for Blender that
imports both textures and vertex shading. I tried it on Tibet, the smallest
level in the game, and it was still in pieces with everything snapped to the
origin, no matter which settings I used. That did not stop me, however. I went
and pieced the level together by hand like a massive puzzle, and it worked out
in the end.

This is my first reTHAWed level! WOOOO
