Neco Arc from Melty Blood & Tsukihime in the style of her appearance in the Tsukihime remake and Melty Blood: Type Lumina.
Comes with an outlined and no outline version.

Note: I set her scale to 0.5, but this makes her deck really small, if you want, try playing with the scale sizes in the .ini file.

Installation
Extract the mod's .zip file to the
data/mod/UserMods/Skaters folder of your game directory.Each skater should have their own folder!
Subfolders are okay and are encouraged!
Installed skaters will show in the final page of the skater select.
