Otacon (MGS1) Skater
Description
I just ported the THUGPro model by KazuCrash into ReThawed. I'm working on more MGS content, like Voicepacks, Graphics, etc.!
Installation
Extract the mod's .zip file to the data/mod/UserMods/Skaters folder of your game directory.

Each skater should have their own folder!

Subfolders are okay and are encouraged!

Installed skaters will show in the final page of the skater select.
