It's The Prince of the Cosmos! Using his model from a DSi puzzle game, it's how he looks before the remastered games. Includes a style where he is very small.
Installation
Extract the mod's .zip file to the data/mod/UserMods/Skaters folder of your game directory.

Each skater should have their own folder!

Subfolders are okay and are encouraged!

Installed skaters will show in the final page of the skater select.
