i lowkey cooked tf out of the model while trying to get it to work (the shoulders in particular are rough, one is higher than the other) but for my first mod i dont think its too bad.

Installation
Extract the mod's .zip file to the
data/mod/UserMods/Skaters folder of your game directory.Each skater should have their own folder!
Subfolders are okay and are encouraged!
Installed skaters will show in the final page of the skater select.
