couldn't find the model in the usual places so I hit up SB & found it real easy. took a couple attempts (including a texture error on the tail).
Someone's been wanting something like this,so enjoy.

Installation
Extract the mod's .zip file to the
data/mod/UserMods/Skaters folder of your game directory.Each skater should have their own folder!
Subfolders are okay and are encouraged!
Installed skaters will show in the final page of the skater select.
