Uploaded it for much needed THPS5 representation. It's a bit glitchy and has no sky.
Installation
Extract the mod's .zip file to the data/mod/UserMods/Maps folder of your game directory.

Each map should have its own folder!

Installed maps will show in the reTHAWed category of the level select.
