fix: fixed some wheel graphics to better fit the wheel models, also added some missing wheels

Installation
Extract the mod's .zip file to the
data/mod/UserMods/WheelGraphics folder of your game directory.Wheel graphics can only be applied to wheels that support them.
Installed graphics appear in the Wheel Graphic category of the Create-a-Skater menu when modifying wheels.
