Installation
Extract the mod's .zip file to the
data/mod/UserMods/CAS folder of your game directory.Each item should have its own folder!
Installed items will show in the appropriate category of the Create-a-Skater menu.

Yeah, you can do it that way too, but I think it's harder, depending on your skills

I figured it I went into skater.ini and put Definedparts=board
[Board]
Id=Yellow Tail Board for tails and for the other sonic characters with the other boards

On the character screen, instead of pressing Enter to select, press the Revert button, and you will be able to modify that character.
