Joe Barbaro is a career criminal and lifelong friend of Vito Scaletta. Brash and unpredictable, Joe can seemingly make trouble out of nothing. As a child, Joe was the neighborhood bully. He met Vito when the younger boy offered to fight him for a place in his gang. After having earned the ire of gangs throughout Empire Bay, Vinci consigliere Leo Galante somehow spared Joe from execution in exchange for no longer making any further contact with his best friend. Despite being disheartened by the decision, Joe made the most out of his life by taking up the then-nascent extreme sport of skateboarding.

Installation
Extract the mod's .zip file to the
data/mod/UserMods/Skaters folder of your game directory.Each skater should have their own folder!
Subfolders are okay and are encouraged!
Installed skaters will show in the final page of the skater select.
