Adds Jill Valentine with her design from the gamecube remake along with an alt skin from said game.

Installation
Extract the mod's .zip file to the
data/mod/UserMods/Skaters folder of your game directory.Each skater should have their own folder!
Subfolders are okay and are encouraged!
Installed skaters will show in the final page of the skater select.
